In Season Flowers
Keep your borders looking beautiful during the summer months, by planting flowers that are in season, such as the lilies shown in the facebook post below. These can add another dimension to your flower beds, giving you, and your guests a lovely view while you enjoy your patio.
If you want to enjoy your garden into the evening, it’s best to have a comfortable set of garden furniture to relax onto, particularly if you are having a bbq with friends that require dining tables and chairs.
If you’re in the UK, you can find great garden furniture online at Gardencentreshopping (www.gardencentreshopping.co.uk), such as their grey rattan garden furniture on the image below.
There is also a new type of material being used called Winawood, which is far superior to Polywood furniture according to many reviews, it’s made from a mixture of recycled polystyrene, compacted to create a material that looks and feels like real wood, but is 100% weatherproof.
Sometimes it isn’t enough to have the right ingredients in your garden, you need to have the right feel of the garden.
And that feel, is provided by the surrounding landscape and colours.
This can be in the form of larger bushes or trees, fencing, gazebos or pergolas, paving, gravel, and decked areas.
Obviously you need to work out how you’re going to use your garden before you start to think about the feel of it, but one thing is certain, you don’t want to scare people, like the following tree might do!
